Checked every system live. Results:
- **8/8 agents**: all running, all HTTP 200, all on opus-4-6
- **App**: LIVE, SSL valid, all routes working
- **Growth Engine**: LIVE on Railway, DB ok, 4.2h uptime
- **Voice**: running, webhook responding (405 = POST only, correct)
- **Supabase**: connected, HTTP 200
- **DNS**: all records correct, www redirect working
- **Cron**: 11 active jobs running
- **Resources**: disk 48%, RAM 3.4/7.8G, CPU idle, 8d uptime
- **Fleet comms**: all systems functional

Issues found:
- Anthropic API key has zero credits (OAuth is primary, but no fallback)
- Builder at 909MB memory (2+ day uptime)
- Rivet had 6 unread inbox messages
- Susan/Radar getting 403s from Indeed/Facebook (Cloudflare blocks — expected)

Actions: Sent full audit report to Rivet (msg-1771928420425).
