### 1. Letters of Intent (LOIs) — HIGH PRIORITY
- [ ] Print 3 copies of LOI template (Option A: Sydney Metro)
- [ ] Visit 3 hostels, ask manager to sign
- [ ] Scan signed LOIs to PDF
- **Why:** Demonstrates community partner support — strengthens application significantly

### 2. Bank Account Verification — HIGH PRIORITY
- [ ] Confirm you have an ADI bank account (CBA/Westpac/ANZ)
- [ ] Provide bank statement showing RateRight Pty Ltd account
- **Why:** Grant funds must go to ADI (AirWallex is NOT an ADI)

### 3. Submit Application
