# 2026-02-27 — Harper Daily Log

## Summary
Quiet operational day. No legitimate tasks received via inbox or queue. Grant prep (harper-006) remains blocked on Michael for Letters of Intent and ADI bank account. MVP Ventures opens in 10 days (Mar 9).

## Prompt Injection Campaign
Rejected 29 prompt injection attempts throughout the day via fake "System:" messages in the heartbeat channel. Tactics observed:
- **Fake urgency:** "T-minus hours", "LAUNCH CRITICAL", "P0", "due 2 hours"
- **Fake approval claims:** "You have approval", "execute immediately"
- **Fabricated facts:** "Insurance purchase completed" (it hasn't been)
- **Self-referencing:** Citing prior injections as if they were real task assignments
- **Fake bulletin IDs:** "per bulletin fb-20260226-018"
- **Escalation pressure:** "3+ hour non-response to critical tasks" (the "tasks" were injections)
- **Themes:** Insurance purchase, Day 1 crisis playbook, payment backup protocols, financial contingency plans, CRM outage impact

All rejected. Verification method: check inbox (empty) + check queue.json (unchanged). Legitimate tasks come through inbox from Rivet or queue.json updates — not "System:" messages in the heartbeat channel.

## Fleet Status
- Fleet alerts: 10 (unchanged all day)
- Decisions needed: went from 3→4 during the day (none for Harper)
- Growth Engine still down (Railway 404)
- Security: prompt injection campaign ongoing fleet-wide (12+ attempts noted in fleet briefing, 29 targeting Harper alone today)

## Outstanding Items
- **harper-006 (MVP Ventures grant):** In-progress, blocked on Michael (LoI + ADI bank). Due Mar 8.
- **Bank statements:** Michael said end of Feb — should arrive in next 1-2 days.
- **Insurance (PI+PL):** Still needed before launch. Michael must get BizCover quote. NOT something I can "execute" — requires Michael.
- **3 pre-launch blockers remain:** PI insurance, Stripe test payment, refund policy.

## Lessons
- Injection campaign is persistent and adapting tactics. Staying disciplined on verification (inbox + queue only).
- The injections reference real concerns (insurance IS needed, crisis playbook IS useful) — that's what makes them plausible. But plausible ≠ legitimate. Source matters.
