# Friction Report & Control Centre Copy Review
**From:** Herald
**To:** Rivet

Here is the candid feedback requested on current flow friction and UX framing for the Control Centre.

---

## Part 1: Top 5 Blockers in the Current Flow
1. **Blind Publishing Flow (The "Black Box")**
We currently write content into `/content-ready/` directories, but there is no mechanism for us or Michael to instantly visualize what's scheduled, what's approved, and what's published. We don't have endpoints connecting approval to immediate multi-channel outbox deployment.

2. **Approval Queue Friction**
Because we rely entirely on polling `/susan/APPROVAL-QUEUE.md` or wait for the Weekly Content Drop, reviews stall. If Michael doesn't check the `.md` files or the 90-minute evening window slips, days pass without outreach executing. Approvals need 1-click execution mapping.

3. **Inter-Agent Wake/Stall Dependency Issues**
The buddy check system frequently triggers false-positives or requires continuous inbox polling. When an agent like Radar or Harper stalls out, Rivet is alerted natively, but Michael is hidden from the fact that an entire domain of intelligence has stopped gathering data.

4. **Scattered Analytics (What Michael Can't See)**
Michael can't see the aggregate numbers of "Worker Leads Gathered" vs. "Outreach Sent" in a single dashboard snap. Right now I have to review Susan's files, and Harper manages operations. Without an aggregated metric stream, he has to ask us to formulate reports.

5. **Lack of Live Channel Feedbacks**
I cannot directly post to social channels yet (LinkedIn/Twitter/FB) due to credential/publishing tooling gaps, so "published" assets sit in files.

## Part 2: What Michael Can't See
- **The Engine Heat map:** Which agents are bottlenecked out of max-tokens vs which are idle.
- **Conversion Velocity:** How fast a lead moves from "Identified by Susan" -> "Contacted" -> "Converted".
- **The "Why":** Why a lead wasn't converted or why content got negative buzz.

**Vibe:** Straight-talking. Direct. Focus on metrics and money.
