## Design

**Format:** A4 portrait, designed for laminating and pinning to hostel jobs boards
**Style:** Clean, high-contrast, not corporate. Passes the Michael Test.
**Audience:** Backpackers on working holiday visas looking for construction work in Sydney

### Layout (top to bottom)
1. **Logo row:** RateRight R icon + wordmark (white on dark, prominent)
2. **Dark header:** "Get Construction Work in Sydney" (Sydney in gold)
2. **Subtitle:** "No agency fees. No percentage taken from your pay. Ever."
3. **5 benefit bullets** with green checkmarks:
   - 100% free for workers
   - Get matched to jobs near you (steelfixing, formwork, concrete, labouring)
   - Sign up in 2 minutes
   - See your pay rate upfront
   - Build your reputation
4. **QR code block:** Large QR → rateright.com.au + "Scan to sign up. It's free."
