I'm Michael. Steelfixer. 30 years on construction sites across Ireland and Australia.

I built RateRight because I watched agencies skim margins off workers for three decades. A worker thinks $40 an hour is decent money. A contractor thinks $65 an hour is just what labour costs. The only winner is the person who never picks up a shovel.

That's $25 an hour. $200 a day. $1,000 a week. $50,000 a year. Per worker. For answering a phone and sending a bloke to site.

RateRight charges $50. Once. The worker keeps 100% of their rate. The contractor knows exactly what they're paying. Nobody's getting clipped in the middle.

## Design Notes for Builder

- Keep it simple. One page, scrollable.
- Photo of Michael at the top (need to source from Michael).
- The maths section should be visually punchy — large numbers, maybe the Receipt treatment.
- No stock photography. No corporate headshots. If we can't get a real photo, skip it.
- Mobile-first. Most traffic from social will be mobile.
