## For Contractors

**What does RateRight cost?**
$50 per hire. That's it. Free to sign up, free to post jobs, free to browse workers. You only pay when you confirm a hire.

**Are there any subscriptions or ongoing fees?**
No. No monthly fees, no percentages, no lock-in contracts. One flat fee per hire.

**How long does the $50 cover?**
The hire. Whether the worker stays two days or two years, you pay $50 once. There's no ongoing margin on their wages.

**How fast can I get a worker on site?**
Post a job and you'll get matches in minutes. Most contractors have a worker confirmed within hours. Workers can be on site the next day.

**How does matching work?**
Our AI ranks available workers by distance from your site, relevant experience, trade skills, and ratings from previous jobs. You see the best matches first.

**Are workers verified?**
Yes. We verify White Cards and work rights. Workers build ratings from every completed job, so you can see real feedback before you hire.

**What trades are available?**
Steel fixers, formworkers, concreters, carpenters, labourers, scaffolders, crane operators, and more. If they work on a construction site, they're on RateRight.

**What if a hire doesn't work out?**

## For Workers

**Does RateRight cost me anything?**
No. Never. $0 to sign up, $0 to get hired, $0 ever. The contractor pays the fee, not you.

**Do you take a cut of my pay?**
No. You keep 100% of your agreed rate. We're not an agency — we don't sit between you and your pay.

**How do I get matched to jobs?**
Sign up, list your trades and experience, set your location. Contractors post jobs and our system matches you based on distance, skills, and ratings. You choose which jobs to accept.

**Do I need a White Card?**
For most construction jobs, yes. If you don't have one yet, you can still sign up and get matched to jobs that don't require it.

**I'm on a working holiday visa. Can I use RateRight?**
Absolutely. If you have the right to work in Australia and a White Card, you're good. Your verified ratings follow you from job to job — build a real Aussie work history.

**How do ratings work?**
After every completed job, contractors rate your work. Good ratings get you matched to more jobs faster. It's your reputation, and it stays with you.

**Who built RateRight?**
Michael — a steelfixer with 30 years in construction. He built RateRight because he watched agencies skim $25/hr off workers for decades. RateRight is the fix.
