### Part 1: Housekeeping
- **Daily logs:** 8 days (Feb 20-27). Healthy. No trimming needed yet.
- **MEMORY.md:** Missing two items: (1) Airtasker HY26 financials from Susan's intel yesterday, (2) "voice-first positioning" direction from CURRENT.md. Fixing now.
- **CURRENT.md alignment:** Herald directive is "Content HOLD until launch, prep only. Voice-first positioning vs text-only competitors." I'm aligned — no content published, arsenal at 208 pieces. But "voice-first" is a new strategic angle I haven't explored yet.
- **Content calendar:** 3 days stale (noted yesterday, not fixed today). Fixing.

### Part 2: Self-Assessment
- **Today's output:** Zero new content. 12 heartbeats, all clean check-ins. Only action: escalated Radar stall to Rivet.
- **Biggest miss:** Airtasker angle. Susan handed me gold yesterday — $29M revenue from worker commissions, $16.5M net loss, 52-week low share price. I noted it but never drafted the post. That's a Receipt Campaign piece practically writing itself.
- **Documentation:** MEMORY.md missing recent competitor intel. TOOLS.md content table badly outdated (shows 7 pieces, reality is 208). Low priority but inaccurate.

### Part 3: Think Beyond Instructions
- **Voice-first positioning:** CURRENT.md says "voice-first positioning vs text-only competitors." This is NEW direction I haven't actioned. OpsMan's WhatsApp/Telegram voice interface is a differentiator. Content angle: "Your back office runs through the same app you text your missus on." Should draft positioning around this.
- **Airtasker content is time-sensitive.** HY26 results are fresh news. The longer I wait, the less relevant the hook. Should draft NOW while on content hold — it'll be ready when hold lifts at launch.
- **Cross-fleet:** Susan has 5 warm calls approved for Michael. If those convert, I need the success story framework filled FAST. Should pre-brief Susan on what data to capture from those calls.
