## Launch Content Package Drafted

System technically ready — contact flow bugs fixed. Created three launch content pieces:

### 1. LinkedIn Go-Live Post (`launch-linkedin-golive.md`)
- 178 words, opens with origin story → announcement → business model → national hook
- Tighter than pre-launch version (was 192 words)
- "Business model on the back of a napkin" framing
- Different from pre-launch version: urgency is real now, "Today" not abstract

### 2. Cold Contractor Outreach Email (`launch-email-contractor-outreach.md`)
- **Short version** (180 words): For first cold touch. Punchy, gets to point.
- **Long version** (280 words): For follow-ups or larger contractors.
- "How they buy boats" — controlled anger line
- Separate from warm prospect email (`launch-email-prospects-national.md`)
- Personalisation: name, city, trade triggers

### 3. Contractor FAQ (`launch-faq-contractors.md`)
- 6 sections: Basics, How It Works, Money, Workers & Quality, vs Labour Hire, Getting Started
- Usable on website, in email replies, as PDF
- Note: contractor vs employee answer needs Harper's legal review before publishing

### Status
All three drafts in `content-ready/`. All need Michael's approval before going external. Nothing published.
