## What happened

**Pour day — 6 boxes total:**
- 4 boxes formed yesterday (2026-07-06)
- 2 boxes formed today
- **6 boxes poured today** (all 6 of the cycle)

**Prep work:**
- Dowels drilled, customer epoxied in
- Mesh cut extra

**Defect watch — last box (not raised yet):**
- Base was dug out and poured to the bank — edges not straight
- During vibration (Donald), concrete got underneath the form, shutter lifted, braces bent out
- Got the client's 5-ton digger on it to straighten; told operator to stop once shutter kept lifting
- Stopped in time, fixed, but form is **out of line ~20–30 mm**
- **Not flagged as defect yet.** Decision pending once form is stripped — may need covering or further assessment
- **CC to handle** covering/decision
- **Liam on site tomorrow** to review

## Delays / Disruptions
Minor — last box shutter lifted mid-pour due to ground condition (high sides, dipped middle, concrete worked under form during vibration). Fixed with client's digger on the spot. Out of line ~20-30 mm post-fix. Pending assessment when stripped.

## Client instructions
Client's 5-ton digger operator assisted with shutter straightening mid-pour. Rocky contained intervention once shutter kept lifting — no further instruction issued.
