## Scope
Build in-situ RC tipping pit (~3 m deep, battered, ~60 m³ exc) + adjoining hardstand slab ~165 m² @ 200 mm for **NDD plant 2nd tipping bay**.

- Direct RFQ from CR Plus (Carlo Salvia), received 2026-06-26
- **CR Plus is auditing LFCS for preferred-civil-contractor status** — RFQ Sec 2A, this is the audition
- Ongoing program of similar pit/slab jobs across sites expected if landed clean
- Bid Due field shows 2026-06-26 (typo? RFQ just arrived that day — the actual quote due is 2026-07-10)

## Site visit notes (2026-06-30, Rocky)
- 7 site photos received — facility has:
  - Existing 1st tipping bay infrastructure (ADINT + BWT silos, conveyor, aggregate stockpiles, "ANDEL" operator signage, recycling tipping bay)
  - Existing pit excavation against building wall — already done, HDPE/PVC drainage stack exposed, blue tarp, mud, ladder — likely the existing NDD 1st bay
  - Wet ground throughout (recent heavy rain)
- The new pit will go alongside, ~60 m³ RC build per scope
- Photos don't show a marked-out new pit location — Rocky's eye on ground needed

## What's needed from Rocky
- Mark up on GA 230130-110: where exactly does the new pit go? Adjacent to which bay?
- Drainage tie-in points — does new pit connect to the exposed stack in photo 2/5?
- Access constraint on wet days — does slab pour need to wait till it dries out?
- Send RFQ acknowledgement to Carlo today (goodwill + sets clock)
