## Commercial terms

- **Payment claims:** 25th of each month
- **Retention:** 5% each claim
- **Variation Direction response:** within 2 business days (per Clause 8)
- **Notification of delay/variation event:** in writing within 2 business days of discovery (per Clause 9 / 2.5)
- **Final claim:** must reference subcontract `S01-2275-011`
