## OpsMan operating rules

- Rocky says "[Name] inducted today" → fill `HammerTech done` with today's date.
- Rocky says "[Name] white card sighted, # is XXX" → fill White card # + sighted date.
- Anyone with `Site access = no` or `HammerTech done = blank` → CANNOT be on site. Flag if Rocky logs them on.
- Weekly Monday: list anyone whose HammerTech expires within 14 days.
