## OpsMan operating rules

1. **Front-load claim 1.** Per profit strategy lever #5, submit max claimable amount on 25 May (Week 5) including all stairs, ramps, and any EA poured to that date. Reduces retention build-up.
2. **Auto-prep checklist** — 5 days before each claim date OpsMan emits an EOD reminder listing the source documents to attach (pour records, dockets, photos) per the table above.
3. **Variation bundling** — any variations approved that month bundle into the same claim with full backup.
4. **Reference number rule** — every claim must reference subcontract `S01-2275-011`.
5. **Retention tracking** — `Job-Tracker.md` carries running retention balance. Final claim on 25 Oct claims the full retention.
