## OpsMan operating rules

- Rocky says "got the [tool] today" → add row, default Owner = LFCS unless he says hired-from-X.
- Rocky says "returned the [tool]" → fill `Date out`, mark Status = `returned`.
- Rocky says "[tool] broke / damaged" → mark Status = `damaged`, flag for repair.
- Daily EOD: any items with `Hire end (planned)` reached without `Date out` filled → flag in summary.
- Weekly: total hire cost-to-date = sum of (active hires × days × rate).

When Rocky asks "what plant is on site?" — read this file and reply with active rows (no `Date out`), grouped by Owner (LFCS-owned vs hired).
