Read CLAUDE.md and BUILD.md in this repo carefully. Build the RateRight Phone AI system step by step.

You have:
- Vapi API keys in ~/.env.rateright-phone (copy from /root/.env.rateright-phone)
- Twilio already configured in environment
- Full spec in BUILD.md

Build it phase by phase:
1. Set up Vapi assistant with Aussie voice
2. Configure Twilio forwarding
3. Connect to Growth Engine
4. Set up notifications

Test each phase before moving to next. Commit after each phase.

When done or stuck, save a summary to /tmp/cc-phone-ai-status.txt
