## 1. The Empty Room (Worker Supply)
- **Reality:** 1 live contractor, 0 workers on the new $50 app. (The 304 number was CRM leads, not live users).
- **The Threat:** If a contractor posts a job today, nobody takes it. The marketplace fails on day one.
- **Dependency Locked:** No paid physical poster distribution until the worker onboarding funnel (voice-to-profile) and the QR code are 100% verified by Michael.

## 2. Leaving $75k on the Table (MVP Ventures Grant)
- **Reality:** Grant closes April 5. Harper is ready but completely blocked.
- **The Threat:** Burning $700/mo personal cash while ignoring non-dilutive government funding.
- **Blockers (Needs Michael):** 
  1. Letters of Intent (LOI) from construction contacts.
  2. ADI business bank account details.

## 3. Rotting Pipeline (Sales)
