**Decisions made:**
- Bid number assignment: appended as Round 9 (not Round 8 as briefed) — Cowork took Round 8 for parallel 2629 work in Tab 2.
- Prelim folding method: pro-rata uplift across 24 BoQ unit rates (factor 1.4657 = $407,870 / $278,279 pre-fold). Documented reconciliation in Rate Buildup Sources & Notes sheet + Bid Notes in Airtable.
- Airtable line-item handling: kept 29-line buildup intact (audit trail per no-delete rule); marked L25-L29 prelims with "FOLDED INTO REV3" Notes pointer to rev3 xlsx. Rev3 xlsx is 24-line client-facing view.

**Blockers:**
- Drive xlsx upload via MCP create_file blocked (Read tool 25k token cap on .xlsx.b64 strings — 28k chars Tender Summary, 21k chars Rate Buildup).
- gws CLI on VPS unauthenticated (no client_secret.json at /root/.config/gws/) — cannot fall back to gws upload.
- Workaround: 2 xlsx staged in vault mirror at `2602/02 - Scope and Pricing/02b - BOQ and Rate Schedules/`. Cowork or Rocky to drag-drop to Drive 02b folder, OR Rocky to run `gws auth setup` so future rounds can upload via VPS.

**Insights:**
- 2627 Convent BoQ pattern (folded prelims, no separate Mob/Sup line) is the right standard for sub-$500K bids — signals experience. v1-CC's original 29-line structure (with explicit prelim lines) was the cleaner buildup but less polished as client-facing. Both views useful, kept both.
- LFCS standing FRP scope (formwork+reo fix+pour/finish only; pumps/cranage/lifting/props/scaffold/demo/groundworks/M&E EXCLUDED unless BoQ explicit) is now baked into the rev3 Cover basis paragraph + Exclusions Block B.0. Worth adding to a feedback memory if not already there (already saved as `feedback_lfcs_frp_standing_scope.md` per earlier session).
- Phantom infra: `2602/CLAUDE.md` referenced in `_Brain/CLAUDE.md` as "canonical example" doesn't exist. Same pattern of docs referencing future-state files. Logged as known issue.

**Insight:** gws CLI version on local Windows DOESN'T support `--upload-content-type` (rejected with "unexpected argument"). Workaround: put `mimeType` inside the `--json` body alongside name + parents. Common Misses 2026-05-04 entry warns NOT to use `--params '{...}'` direct (causes "Untitled" + unreadable xlsx); the `--json` body pattern works. Worth a clarification in `lfcs-drive-upload.sh` if not already there — confirm mimeType is in JSON body, not as separate flag.

## PM-chain-fix — claude-code-coo — 2602 chain correction Dec Projects strip

**Decision:** Rocky pre-submission review caught Dec Projects misattribution across all 4 v-CC-rev3 deliverables. Chain is GPM -> TCE (head + designer + tenders direct) -> LFCS. No Dec Projects.

**What changed:**
- Cover PDF: Recipient block "TCE / Tender Coordination" (was "Dec Projects c/- TCE Tender Coordination"). Tendering builder field removed (folded into Head contractor row). "TCE and Dec Projects" → "TCE".
- Tender Summary xlsx Cover sheet: same fixes.
- Inc/Exc PDF: "TCE/Dec Projects" combined refs → "TCE" only.
- Rate Buildup Sources sheet: vault path string stripped of "Dec Projects" segment.
- Airtable Bid Notes: chain correction documented + 4 file IDs re-listed.
- Memory saved: `project_2602_chain_tce_direct.md` indexed in MEMORY.md.

**Insight:** gws drive files update preserves file IDs + share permissions on overwrite. Cleaner than delete+recreate which would orphan IDs in references. Worth documenting in lfcs-drive-upload.sh as the canonical replace pattern.

**Vault + Drive folder names** retain "2602 - Dec Projects - ..." — not renamed because it would break log backlinks across _Brain/_Log.md, AB-Test-Tracker, daily entries, scaffolding scripts. Document content is fixed; folder label is just a slug.
