# Worker Supply & Contractor Acquisition Strategy

## The Strategy

### Workers (Chicken) — Priority #1
**Objective:** Fill the marketplace with workers so contractors can hire.

**Approach:** Physical distribution to backpacker hostels
- A4 laminated QR posters + cover letters
- Mail to major hostels nationally
- Target: Working holidaymakers seeking construction work

**Key Message:** "$50 flat fee — workers pay nothing, ever. $50 FOR LIFE — stay a week or 30 years, still only $50."

### Contractors (Egg) — Priority #2
**Objective:** Get contractors posting jobs so workers have something to apply for.

**Approach:** Cold email campaign
- Target: Site offices, construction companies, subcontractors
- Offer: "First hire is FREE — if the worker likes you and you like them and they stay long-term, that's a success story. That's what we want."

**Key Message:** "$50 flat fee per hire. If the worker stays and it's a good fit, they can stay for life. That's a success story for us."

## Why Both Simultaneously
- Can't have empty marketplace (workers but no contractors)
- Can't complete hires (contractors but no workers)
- Need both flowing to demonstrate product-market fit
