2. **Worker Supply Execution:** [SUSAN BLOCKED] Worker Funnel QR Code QA is PASSED. Physical distribution is UNBLOCKED (fb-20260330-003). Cold email execution halted; Susan is stuck in an error loop (MEMORY.md truncation & orphaned user messages). Fix under investigation.
