- [ ] **Push Local Code:** Push your local Claude Code commits (the working QR code funnel) to the live server repo so the actual app has your fixes.
- [ ] **Drop the Poster:** Put the final, locally-QA'd hostel poster PDF into the Vault (e.g., `09-Agent-Output/`) so Rivet/Susan can finally trigger the hostel mailouts.
- [ ] **GWS CLI Access:** Hook up Google Workspace CLI (`gws`) on the VPS. This gives the fleet access to your emails and Google Drive.

- [ ] **Warm Contacts:** Text your immediate network: "Do us a favor, post a few jobs on RateRight."
