# 10_RateRight — Map of Content

Australian construction labour marketplace. $50 flat per hire, no ongoing commission. Worker supply is the existential gap.

## Hunt infrastructure (live + blocked)

The Hunt is the active acquisition channel. Code lives at `scripts/hunt/` in this repo (not in the vault — vault tracks decisions and state).

- **Live**: `hunt-monitor`, `hunt-outreach` (PM2)
- **Cron-driven** (one-shot daily 06:00-07:30 AEST): `hunt-aggregator`, `hunt-workers`, `hunt-contractors`, `hunt-matchmaker`
- **Blocked**: Gumtree scrapers return 0 (credit exhaustion on ScrapingBee)
- **Auto-approve gate**: in place per [[Hunt-Approval-Bottleneck]]
- **Outstanding**: `hunt-matchmaker` is scaffolded but no implementation yet

## Agents working in this project

- **claude-code-rr** (the Claude Code instance scoped to RateRight). Recent activity in [[10_RateRight/_Brain/_Log]] and [[2026-05-01]].
- **Cowork** — once Block B project instructions are pasted (see [[_System/SETUP-Cowork-step-by-step]]), Cowork will start writing here for non-code work.
- **Hermes / OpsMan** — currently scoped to LFCS not RateRight. Won't write here unless Rocky redirects.

## Don't do

Per [[10_RateRight/_Brain/CLAUDE]] hard rules:

- Never re-enable SMS without explicit Rocky approval
- Never propose deletions of legacy repos without flagging
- Never pretend to know user counts (Supabase service-role key is in new sb_sec_ format; queries from this vault must use it correctly)
- The $50 flat fee is the model — no percentage, no commission
