**What:** Renamed active vault drawings (2602 Munmorah, 2629 Erskine) to Bluebeam-friendly convention so Rocky can filter by job # in File Open. Built `01-Current/02-Superseded/03-Markups` substructure inside 03a folders for 2602/2626/2627/2629. Filed new Mack Civil zip (Zip 1) into 2626 with `2626_*` naming. Archived old Downloads orphans (Burraneer/Gladesville/WGTP/XP03) into `_Archive/Drawings-from-Downloads-2026-05-05/`. Scanned Downloads — 56 dup groups / ~428MB waste, ~330MB pre-flagged in `_TO_RECYCLE_BIN_2026-05-01/`.

**Decisions:**
- "Drones" in voice messages = drawings (voice-to-text typo confirmed mid-session)
- 30-day cutoff applied: anything in Downloads pre-2026-04-05 = pre-LFCS-office period → archive
- Files renamed AT 03a ROOT (not moved into 01-Current/) to keep Drawing-Index.md indexing pipeline working — 01-Current/ subfolder reserved for future rev intake
- Rocky declined cleanup of `_TO_RECYCLE_BIN_2026-05-01/` — will action manually

Extended `Formwork-Wall-Column-Slab-Technique-BM.md` (renamed from Wall-Column to add slab framing section). Added:
- Slab framing TL;DR (headers-short / joists-long rule, sheet-rip planning, outside header wobble risk)
- Prop layout (450 ctrs, 250 from end)
- Levelling sequence (back-props out until level set)
- Ply saw-scale cutting trick

**What:** Rocky asked for 3D wing wall sequence visualisation for 2602 Munmorah. Built v1 with assumed dimensions (6m × 2.5m × 1.2m × 0.5m footing); Rocky flagged dims as off. Ran in-session vision-pass on S01.10 + S01.20 directly via pdftoppm 350dpi from bash sandbox → JPEG → Read tool. Captured corrected dimensions, updated Drawing-Index.md vision_findings + Airtable Drawing Elements, rebuilt 3D artifact v2 to spec.

**Vision-pass dimensions (S01.10 + S01.20):**
- Stem 200 thick (confirmed)
- Footing 2,400 wide × 300 thick (S01.20 label "RETAINING WALL FOOTING BEYOND 2.4m WIDE 300 THICK")
- Top edge 2:1 batter (confirmed)
- Visible horizontal length 5,500 mm (S01.10 elevation dim)
- Total length back-calc ~11 m (BoQ 6.4.2 = 44.44 m³ ÷ 4 wings = 11.11 m³ each → at L=11m with footing + triangular stem, Hmax = 2.9 m plausible; at L=5.5m, Hmax = 13 m impossible)
- Count = 4 (2 per abutment, Rocky-confirmed verbal + visible plan view dotted rectangles flanking each abutment centreline at both A + B)
- R20-400 dowels abutment-to-wingwall (confirmed)
- Bridge dims: 32,400 mm span / 8,200 mm carriageway / 4 girders / 1500W × 1000(MIN)D abutment / 3 piles per abutment / 7,100 to rock + 5,000 socket

**Decisions:**
- BoQ "wingwall" line includes the 2.4×0.3 footing per TfNSW practice
- Wing wall total length almost certainly ~11 m, not 5.5 m. The 5.5 m visible dim = batter portion only; vertical-face section at abutment-end adds another ~5.5 m

**Direct Airtable writes — protocol drift:** Used `update_records_for_table` + `create_records_for_table` directly rather than routing through `lfcs-airtable-sync` skill. For these specific updates (2 existing records + 1 new with explicit Job + Drawing links) the dup vector concern is minimal, but flag for retro-sync if field-mapping inconsistencies surface.

**Lessons (also in AB-Test-Tracker Round 9):**
1. Verify Airtable BEFORE trusting AB-Test-Tracker claims — text-pass-only narrative was stale; vision-pass had partially run earlier and produced 1 row that propagated wrong count
2. Shallow vision-pass propagates errors — "2 footings" + "6m length" guesses lived in 4 downstream uses
3. Rocky-confirmed verbal facts override Airtable — `lfcs-drawing-extract-vision` skill should AskUserQuestion when quantity Confidence < High
4. In-session pdftoppm + Read tool is a working vision-pass fallback when CC's gws-CLI route isn't available — document in skill SKILL.md
5. BoQ ⇄ drawing reconciliation must run at vision-pass time — volume math reveals when stated dims can't physically produce BoQ quantity

**Open for Tuesday 6 May AM:**
- Confirm wing wall total length 11 m on QS call (or 5.5 m if footing excluded)
- Confirm vertical-face section height (~2.9 m Cowork's estimate)
- Run vision-pass on remaining 2602 civil drawings (C01.00, C01.10, C01.20, C01.21)
- Commit vision-pass-corrected 2602 outputs to Drive via CC (gws CLI) once Rocky verbally confirms numbers
