## 08:21 — cowork-lfcs — 2626 Mack Civil Stormwater Pit reprice → rev6 (ACTIVE in Airtable)

**Trigger:** Rocky asked for routine reprice of 2626 with refreshed scope/exclusions.

**Pre-flight (exclusions list before pricing):** Listed 3 blocks of exclusions (Mack RFQ-stated + FRP-install convention + LFCS defensive). Rocky confirmed iteratively: pumping + cranage out, formwork ply stays as LFCS supply (with transport), Bituthene + curing compound out (LFCS labour install only). Final supply boundary: LFCS supplies formwork ply + transport, grout/hydrophilic seal at penetrations, small tools/PPE, ute&tools. Mack supplies everything else.

**Calc deltas vs rev5 ($43,143 ex GST):**
- Labour: $34,565 (was $34,635; -$70 from step iron line correction — rev5 had 2hr in formula but notes said 1.5hr; rev6 = 1.5hr × $140 = $210)
- Materials: $3,135 (same — formwork ply $900 + diamond saw $250 + grout/seal $200 + small tools $750 + ute&tools $750, +10% markup)
- External: $0 (Engineer Cert pushed to Mack via Block B)
- Subtotal: $37,700
- +15% margin: $5,655
- **Total ex GST: $43,355** | **inc GST: $47,690.50**
- Net delta: +$212 / +0.5% (recalc consistency only — underlying scope unchanged from rev5; tightening is on exclusions wording)

**Airtable sync (LFCS-Operations base appE43UvTyARe5oJs):**
- Bid `recJFeA83SRGOne1s` (rev5) → Status set to **Superseded**, Notes appended with rev6 supersession reference
- New Bid `recotDGfjvNjoOFsA` (rev6) created — `2626-bid-v1-CC-rev6`, Lump Sum, Status=Draft, Total ex GST $43,355 / inc GST $47,690.50, Margin 15%
- Job `recoCFU16Ugn9rqnM` Active Bid pointer updated rev5 → rev6
- 36 Bid Line Items created (31 labour + 5 materials), all linked to rev6 Bid

**Open / Risks (carried from rev5):**
1. Bid due "this week" per Huss check-in 2026-05-04 — exact day still TBC; Rocky to chase Mack Civil contact today.
2. RFI 36 contractor acceptance NOT signed by Mack Civil (Airtable RFI rec12vNzv7QRNbaog) — pre-condition to LFCS commencement.
3. AfC drawings not in pack — pricing assumes R0220 standard pit geometry; variation if AfC differs.
4. Pricing basis (Lump Sum vs back-to-back T+M) not confirmed with Mack Civil.

**Decision:** rev6 ACTIVE in Airtable. Vault docs are draft-pending-Rocky-review for final sign-off before submission to Mack Civil. Submission gated on RFI 36 acceptance signature + AfC drawings supplied.

**Resume notes:** If rev7 needed, follow the same pattern — supersede rev6 in Airtable, create new Bid record, regenerate line items. The pure-FRP-install scope is now well-defined and won't drift unless Mack pushes specific items back to LFCS.

## 23:12 — cowork-lfcs — Cowork cheatsheet + Hammond Canal Bridge as 3rd canonical fixture → templates/ + skill v3 retrofit + new LoO drafter skill

**Trigger:** Rocky asked for a Cowork cheat sheet and what he should be doing that he isn't. Then uploaded `Letter of Offer - Hammond Canal Bridge - LFCS submission.docx` ($434,462 ex GST) + `P424-HCB-BOQ-FRP-Package (1) - LFCS submission.xlsx` from Liam, said "this should be standard". Picked option (c) — full retrofit + new LoO drafter skill.

### Part 1 — Cowork cheatsheet
Wrote `_Brain/Cowork-Cheatsheet.md` — session-start triggers, skill verbatim phrases, lane discipline, gaps Rocky's not exploiting (pricing-history flywheel, spec summaries, vision-pass, per-job CLAUDE.md mid-job updates, pre-pricing grill, reference fixtures as quality bars).

### Part 2 — Hammond Canal Bridge submission codified as 3rd canonical reference fixture

**Patterns extracted (from Liam's LoO + priced BOQ):**

LoO structure (7 sections): Header → Submission paragraph → Lump sum (words AND figures) → Standard Exclusions → Preliminaries Assumptions → Detailed Exclusions+Assumptions+Inclusions (three sub-headings) → Validity 30 days + Liam signature.

LoO mandatory clauses (5): discrepancy callout (take-off vs HC schedule), scope-gap callout (LFCS-added items missing from HC BOQ), cranage delineation (HC vs LFCS vs subbie — "#1 source of bridge-job disputes"), hire-duration assumption (N-week base + Rate Only beyond), optional-rate flag.

BOQ hygiene patterns (7): `ADDED` rows for missing scope, `included in Item X.X.X` cross-refs, `Rate Only` items, `OPTION` rows, `EXCLUDED` rows kept visible, consistent units (m2/m3/Tonne/week/Item), formula-driven section totals.

### Part 3 — Files written

**New templates folder (`Operations/lfcs-standards/templates/`):**
- `letter-of-offer-template.docx` — copied from Hammond Canal Bridge submission (canonical fixture)
- `boq-pricing-schedule-pattern.xlsx` — copied from HCB BOQ (canonical fixture)
- `standard-exclusions-boilerplate.md` — verbatim list (10 standard exclusions + 6 preliminaries assumptions) consumed by `lfcs-incl-excl-draft v3` and `lfcs-letter-of-offer-draft v1`
- `letter-of-offer-structure.md` — load-bearing spec doc codifying all 7 LoO sections + 5 mandatory clauses + 7 BOQ hygiene patterns + regression test

**Skill updates:**
- `lfcs-incl-excl-draft/SKILL.md` v2 → **v3** — three-tier exclusion architecture (Standard Exclusions / Preliminaries Assumptions / Detailed Exclusions+Assumptions+Inclusions); boilerplate pulled verbatim; mandatory-clause enforcement; HCB added as regression fixture #3.
- `lfcs-bid-prep-doc/SKILL.md` v2 → **v3** — added 5 new output sections (6 ADDED rows / 7 cross-refs / 8 Rate Only / 9 OPTION / 10 cranage delineation) feeding LoO mandatory clauses; HCB BOQ added as regression fixture #3.

**New skill:**
- `lfcs-letter-of-offer-draft/SKILL.md` **v1** — generates signed-ready `Letter-of-Offer-{job}-{date}.docx` from priced BOQ + incl-excl + bid-prep + final price + recipient. Pre-flight asserts incl-excl status≠draft-pre-call, bid-prep v3 sections 6-10 populated, price≠TBC. Number-to-words via num2words. All 5 mandatory clauses fire on trigger condition (no silent omissions). Renders via `docx` skill matching HCB template formatting. Writes both `.docx` (signed-ready) and `.md` shadow (vault search/diff). On Airtable: upserts `Bids` row Status=Submitted-Draft + Total Ex GST + LoO Generated date.

### Part 4 — Why this matters

The 7+7+5 = 19 patterns codified here represent the difference between a submission that gets a counter-quote argument and one that lands clean. Liam's HCB submission shows what "tight" looks like — every missing scope item flagged as ADDED, every cranage assumption explicit, every hire item with both base period and Rate Only fallback, every exclusion either Standard or project-specific (never ambiguous). v3 retrofit forces every future LFCS bid through this filter.

### Part 5 — Next steps for Rocky

1. **Regression test:** run `lfcs-letter-of-offer-draft v1` against the HCB inputs (BOQ + bid-prep + incl-excl + price=434462 + recipient="The Civil Experts Pty Ltd"). Output should reproduce the LoO line-for-line. Any drift = blocking issue.
2. **2602 Munmorah retrofit:** re-run `lfcs-incl-excl-draft v3` + `lfcs-letter-of-offer-draft v1` on 2602 to upgrade existing draft to the new structure before the next QS round.
3. **2626 Mack Civil retrofit:** same — re-run v3 chain to ensure the rev6 submission carries the three-tier structure.
4. **Pricing history flywheel** (called out in Cowork-Cheatsheet.md gap #1) — when running v3 on 2602/2626, the pricing-history MD entries should land too.

**Files written:**
- `_Brain/Cowork-Cheatsheet.md`
- `Operations/lfcs-standards/templates/letter-of-offer-template.docx`
- `Operations/lfcs-standards/templates/boq-pricing-schedule-pattern.xlsx`
- `Operations/lfcs-standards/templates/standard-exclusions-boilerplate.md`
- `Operations/lfcs-standards/templates/letter-of-offer-structure.md`
- `Operations/skills/lfcs-incl-excl-draft/SKILL.md` (v2 → v3)
- `Operations/skills/lfcs-bid-prep-doc/SKILL.md` (v2 → v3)
- `Operations/skills/lfcs-letter-of-offer-draft/SKILL.md` (v1 NEW)

**Resume note:** templates/ folder is now the third leg of the standards stool (alongside concepts/ and specs/). Future skill outputs should be measured against these fixtures. Hammond Canal Bridge joins 2602 and 2626 as a canonical reference example — but it's a TEMPLATE, not a job folder; lives in `lfcs-standards/templates/` not `Operations/Jobs/`.
