1. **Bridge work ≠ pit work.** Different WHS profile (height, over water, traffic), different programme (likely day-shifts unless TCE specifies otherwise), different formwork system (ACROW panels / Slims vs the 2626 site-built ply chute).
2. **Over-water risk** — Hammond Canal. Environmental + WHS controls heavier than land-based work. EPA approval, marine ecology, possible tidal influence, fall-from-height into water = additional rescue planning.
