## What I know (from FTI Proposal + Stair Mark-Up, 2026-05-15)

- **Client:** Khazma Investments Group Pty Ltd (per KB Group drawing title block). Direct builder TBC — could be Khazma in-house, FTI's contracting arm, or a third-party builder commissioning LFCS to install.

**This is a NEW SCOPE TYPE for LFCS.** No prior stair-install jobs in LFCS history. No `lfcs-standards/concepts/stair-install-*` concept note exists. `scope-benchmarks/stair-*.md` has one stub but not a real benchmark. Phase 0 grill will need to flag this as unfamiliar territory and prompt the team to anchor rates against an analogue (e.g. lightpole-base concrete install) or trigger a Hasibul / Huss / Rocky three-way calibration.
