## Productivity calibration

- Use **as-is** for similar 3-riser flights with stringer formwork, day shift
- **Scale linearly** for additional risers (~$X per riser — derive from the bench-risers line: 4 hrs / 10 risers = 0.4 hrs/riser × $85 = $34/riser, plus pour/strip overhead)
- **+30%** if formwork is tight-access (single side access) or finish is exposed-architectural
- Stairs at $5,610 per flight — useful benchmark for future stair scopes

## Notes
