## Hard rules

- **Never use unbranded HCB-pattern black-fill headers** — always Primary Red.
- **Total/Grand Total always uses Dark Red** — never just bold black.
- **Logo always top-left** on covers + LoO.
- **Body font:** Calibri or Arial 11pt. Never serif. Never Comic Sans.
