# Site diary — capture flow (fact)

## How it works
- Michael uploads site diary entries (photos + voice notes) **from his phone to Airtable** via the Airtable app.
- Hermes is **NOT CC'd** on that flow — the entries land straight in Airtable without a Hermes handoff.
- The **LFCS Drive folder** is the canonical on-disk location OpsMan reads from / writes to for site operations:
  `/home/ccuser/opsman-work/` (symlinked into the team vault at `rateright-growth/HQ-Vault/11_OpsMan_LFCS/`).

## Implication for Hermes
- Don't expect to see site diary entries arrive in chat — Michael logs directly in the field.
- If something needs Hermes follow-up (RFI, variation, docket), Michael flags it in chat; otherwise OpsMan picks it up from Airtable/Drive.
