# Agent stack — Map of Content

Single VPS at `134.199.153.159`. Three live services after the 2026-05-01 hardening pass.

## Live agents

- **Hermes** — `/root/.hermes/`, `hermes-gateway.service`. LFCS ops brain. Talks via Telegram (`@opsman_watchdogbot`) + WhatsApp bridge. Runs LFCS skills (docket-check, eod-summary, job-tracker, pre-pour-check, rfi-status, timesheet, client-correspondence, tool-tracker). Currently v0.11.0 / 2026.4.23 — 186 commits behind, deferred update.
- **OpenClaw OpsMan** — `/root/.clawdbot-opsman/`, `clawdbot-opsman.service`. LFCS chat agent. Reasoning-leak fix verified (`channels.telegram.streaming.mode = off`). Telegram channel currently dormant (no token bound, empty allowlist).
- **Rivet Voice** — `/home/ccuser/rateright-growth/voice-assistant/`, `rivet-voice.service`. Phone AI, separate stack.

## Retired
- `/root/.openclaw/` — moved to `/root/.openclaw.retired.20260501/` after confirming dormant. Final delete after 2026-05-08.

## Hermes resilience layers (added 2026-05-01)
- systemd `Restart=always`, 30 s back-off, crash-loop bound at 5/10 min
- Watchdog cron `*/15 * * * *` — Telegram alert if hermes-gateway is down
- Daily health snapshot 21:00 UTC → `/home/ccuser/opsman-work/health-log/YYYY-MM-DD.md`
- Daily config backup 03:00 UTC, 7-day retention → `/root/.config-backups/`

## Open work
- Add OpenRouter or DeepSeek key to `~/.hermes/.env` → unlocks `MiniMax-M2.7 → DeepSeek-V4-Flash → gpt-4o-mini` fallback chain
- Hermes 186-commit update (own session)
- PM2 hygiene: `hostel-campaign` chronic restart loop
- Mark `rivet/SYSTEM.md` historical (describes pre-hibernation 8-agent fleet)
- Produce OpsMan investigation report (parity with Hermes')
- Promote OpsMan `AGENTS.md` rules to formal `SKILL.md` files
- SOUL.md cleanup on Hermes — drop unimplemented "OpsMan watchdog" role
