## Major findings surfaced during ingest

1. **TCE labour rate is $85/hr blended, NOT $95/hr default** (from Liverpool / Livingstone / Light Horse Park / Easter Creek). Strong §13 candidate (PR-004).
2. **TCE - Liverpool ↔ Livingstone naming uncertainty** in Hus's vault. Pit pricing under "Livingstone" sheet tag; verbal "Liverpool" reference — same project? Needs your confirmation.
3. **Most Hus-vault precedents are carpentry day-labour** (Ford Civil 5/7 batch 2, MLP, FKR, Cerak — all carpentry). Only ~5 of 28 ingested jobs are FRP-package scope. `lfo-precedent-finder` will need scope-type filter.
4. **MLP cashflow risk** — multiple overdue PCs from MLP HC. HC-level risk flag for any future MLP bid.
5. **Sol Crusher Plant Hornsby** — strongest precedent for Solutions Plus + Hornsby + your active 2631 bid.
6. **2602 = Hammond Canal Bridge at Munmorah** (TCE 242, project P424). Same project as existing `Upcoming/2602 - Dec Projects - Munmorah Bridge/` — different label, same job. Reconciliation = future task.
7. **Cure period 7-day per spec, not 14-day default.** Worker corrected this on 2627; G7 gap-watch rule will catch in future.
8. **BoQ format default should be "both"** — currently flagged at 60% confidence every bid; you've picked "both" every time.

## What I deliberately did NOT do (per CLAUDE.md §3.3)

- **Did NOT auto-merge §13 rules into standing-context.md.** Methodology proposals stay as proposals per hard rule. PRs ready for your review at `_Internal/proposed-changes-2026-05-10/`.
- **Did NOT auto-update Airtable Rate Templates with TCE-$85 finding.** Same reason.
- **Did NOT push or commit to git.** Per CLAUDE.md §3.5.

## Open issues / things you'll see when back

- **gws CLI quirk:** Python subprocess on Windows needs `gws.cmd` full path, not bare `gws`. Codified in `drive_bundle_download.py` for future use.
- **2627 active bid** still mid-Phase-3-sealed per pre-existing session — untouched by today's work.
