Discover and extract any additional sheets in the set — likely S101–S110 footings, S201–S210 slab details, plus reo plans, sections, and details.

Skip vision pass on the pavement spec (text-dominant document).

Output: `Operations/Jobs/Upcoming/2627 - Airey Park Homebush West/02 - Scope and Pricing/02b - BOQ and Rate Schedules/Drawing-Index-2627.md` per pricer CLAUDE.md §4.1 step 4. Append Drawing Elements rows to Airtable.

#### Step 2 — BoQ-from-drawings (no BoQ supplied)

No BoQ provided by HC. Build the BoQ from drawings + pavement spec.

Apply LFCS scope (formwork S+I+strip + steel fix only + concrete place+finish only + curing) to all relevant elements:
- Strip footings SF1, SF2 (sizes per S100)
- Pad footings (sizes per S100)
- Drop edge beams DEB1 (1200 max deep, per S200 detail)
- 150mm slab on ground (internal areas) — SL82 mesh T&B, A1 cover 30/30/30
- 125mm pathway slab (external areas) — SL82 mesh top, A1 cover 40/40/40
- Seating terrace concrete elements per S51 (footings, beams, seating m², nosing, steps)
- Joints: sawn control joints (max 4m, 24h saw-cut window), keyed construction joints (max 10m), expansion joints (max 20m)
- Curing: polythene + hessian per pavement spec §10

Exclude per pre-seeded exclusions skeleton at `_Internal/exclusions/exclusions-2627.md` — masonry (190mm block walls, brick walls), sandstone retaining wall, earthworks, blinding placement, and all Tier 3 specialist trades.

Output: `boq-from-drawings-2627.md` with quantities-at-a-glance table (one row per scope item, m / m² / lm / pcs unit, qty extracted from drawings).

#### Step 3 — Bid Prep doc

Run `lfcs-bid-prep-doc`. Read sections 6–10 (ADDED items, cross-refs, Rate-Only carve-outs, OPTION items, cranage assumption).

Cross-check intake envelope scope against drawings + pavement spec. Surface any gaps as RFI candidates. Specifically flag:
- Whether S100 + S200 "PIERING MAY BE REQUIRED. ENGINEER TO CONFIRM" is a contingency or in-scope (default: variation if confirmed at construction)
- Whether existing-slab-to-remain interfaces (toothing, isolation joints) are a productivity risk worth a Rate-Only carve-out
- Confirm `_internal_check`: are 32 MPa figures consistent across all element schedules? (S100 + S200 + S51 cross-reference)

Output: `Operations/Jobs/Upcoming/2627 - Airey Park Homebush West/00-Bid-Prep.md`.

#### Step 4 — Phase 0 Pre-Pricing Grill

Run `lfcs-pre-grill`. The 6 intake-gate answers above are LOCKED — DO NOT re-ask Q-A0 (cost basis), Q-A4–A7 (margin/contingency/weather/exposure — all locked).

Continue with:
- Q-A1/A2/A3 supply (concrete dispatch source vs site-batched; reo prefab assumption from drawings; cast-in items list)
- Q-B1 access (single-point, multi-trade interaction with masonry sub for block walls)
- Q-C QA (NATA cylinder cast cadence; ITP touchpoints; existing-structure interface inspections)
- Q-D1/D2 programme (Rocky's input pending — assume 4-6 weeks Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm if absent; flag at sanity-check)
- Q-E productivity (160 m²/day for pavement; standard rate-card output for footings + slabs)
- Q-F1 commercial posture (defensible-for-variations per envelope)
- Q-F4 format (BOTH lump-sum-letter and BoQ-response per envelope default)
- Q-G sanity flags (any drawing inconsistency, RFI list)

#### Step 5 — First-pass priced take-off

Apply margin formula from envelope (LOCKED — different from default):
- **Labour: direct × 1.15 contingency × 1.15 margin (cont-then-margin) = 1.3225 loaded**
- **Materials: direct × 1.15 margin × 1.15 contingency (margin-then-cont) = 1.3225 loaded**
- Same final 1.3225. Distinct ordering per category preserved for traceability. Show direct AND loaded views per line on internal output.

Use labour rate **$95/hr blended** from envelope. Do NOT default to Rate Card V1.7 $85 base.

Adverse weather: **exclude as variation** per envelope. No prelim allowance.

LAFHA: **OUT** per envelope. No allowance line.

Site exposure: **inland** per envelope. Do NOT apply saltwater consumables uplift. Do NOT infer tidal classification from any drawing-spec keywords (none expected here — pure inland Sydney park job).

Concrete grade: **32 MPa all elements** per drawings rev D.

Standard exclusions skeleton already seeded — layer bid-specific Detailed Exclusions / Assumptions / Inclusions on top of `_Internal/exclusions/exclusions-2627.md` after take-off.
