- **`lfcs-margin-model-by-mode` Concept Pattern reference cleanup** — still in `Operations/skills/lfcs-boq-response-builder/SKILL.md` + `lib/boq_response_builder.py`. Stale per the §4.1.8 update earlier today. Worth a follow-up cleanup pass.
- **Site-exposure category list to pricer §1.5** — open question Rocky flagged at the prior step-9 verification. Defer until Rocky decides whether to add the controlled vocab (immersed/tidal/coastal-air/inland) to §1.5 or leave it envelope-only.
