### Rocky answers 2026-05-10

1. **TCE Liverpool ↔ Livingstone:** DIFFERENT jobs (per Rocky). Both use TCE-$85 rate. PR-004 keyed on HC=TCE so rule applies to both regardless.
2. **Hornsby Homes vs 2631 Field of Play Hornsby:** DIFFERENT (per Rocky). Hornsby Homes is a separate currently-starting job. Update precedent-import-targets.md to reflect.
3. **Shared Drive confidentiality posture:** LFCS-owned read+write (per Rocky). Stored in `state.json.rocky_defaults.shared_drive_posture`. Skill descriptions can reference this for write decisions.
