# Orchestrator session — 2627 (Path-D rotation restart)

## Restart pre-flight (2026-05-08T08:33:58Z onward)

Predecessor sessions both aborted on BCS breaches. Path-D recovery resolves both root causes:
1. **Predecessor d58cec3f:** orchestrator-authored leak in 00-brief.md "## Comparator" section (6 strip-required items). Resolved: 00-brief.md rewritten without comparator section.
2. **Predecessor 09c7347d:** second-order leak via raw Read of orch-to-pricer.md returning superseded msg-index=1. Items 1+2+3 leaked (author name, temporal tag, schema label). Resolved: handoff files rotated; comparator filename refuse-patterns and BCS-quarantine notices REMOVED from all worker-readable files; worker now sees whitelist only (read these two paths; do not enumerate).

## Files swept (Path-D)

- `Operations/Jobs/Upcoming/2627 - Airey Park Homebush West/CLAUDE.md` — filename refuse-list + "comparator" word removed; whitelist-only instruction
- `Operations/Jobs/Upcoming/2627 - Airey Park Homebush West/00-brief.md` — same sweep
- `_Internal/exclusions/exclusions-2627.md` — "assumed" softening (no supersession-history implication)
- `C:/Users/mclou/lfcs-handoff/orch-to-pricer.md` — rotated; predecessor blocks archived
- `C:/Users/mclou/lfcs-handoff/pricer-to-orch.md` — rotated; archived
- `C:/Users/mclou/lfcs-handoff/state.json` — `comparator_artefact` + `comparator_name` fields stripped (only opaque `comparator_handle: "Comparator-A"` retained)
- Archive at `_Internal/audit-trail/handoff-archive-2627-pre-2026-05-08T08-34.md`
- New audit-trail at `_Internal/audit-trail/session-80b1f893-d887-4130-b96f-dd48d5450edd.md`

## Phase 1 intake — re-used (no Rocky touchpoint repeated)

Phase 1 priority-chain decisions stand. Locked envelope unchanged: scope (4 standard items), inland exposure, $95/hr labour, 1.3225 multipliers (15%/15% per Rocky's pre-IFC override), exclude weather, LAFHA OUT, 32 MPa concrete, defensible-for-variations posture.

## Phase 3 — initial worker prompt (msg-index=1 of rotated bus; opaque)

To be appended to `orch-to-pricer.md` immediately after this session log is created. Block content:
- Job context (locked intake envelope)
- Strict whitelist instruction (read these two paths only)
- 6-step task sequence (drawing extract → BoQ-from-drawings → bid prep → Phase 0 grill → first-pass priced take-off → three-tier exclusions revision)
- NO comparator name, path, filename pattern, "comparator" word, or BCS-quarantine notice in worker-readable text. The opaque whitelist is sufficient defence.
- Explicit handoff write contract: append a single pricer-msg block to pricer-to-orch.md when complete.

## Lesson candidate (queued for Phase 7)

`C:/Users/mclou/lfcs-lessons-learned/lesson-2026-05-08-handoff-bus-bcs-leak.md`:
- BCS-quarantine metadata MUST NOT appear in worker-readable bus — even in supersession stubs, even in "do not read X" notices.
- Whitelist > blacklist for path control: blacklists leak the very thing they protect.
- Skill-mediated index gates protect only when the skill is invoked; raw Read bypasses them. Architectural fix = file rotation, not block-edit, when leak redaction is needed.
- Even author identity (no $$ figure) breaks BCS independence via anchoring bias.

## Daemon

To be restarted under fresh session 80b1f893 after orch-to-pricer.md write + state.json update.

## Phase 3 first-pass — SEALED 2026-05-08T~09:00Z (paired-manual)

Worker completed all 6 steps in single paired-manual run. Headline:

| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Total ex GST direct | $34,143 |
| Total ex GST loaded (×1.3225) | $45,154 |
| Total labour MH | ~295 |
| §7 magnitude variance | −6% (within refinement band) |

**Direct breakdown:** Formwork 45.3 MH / $8,033; Steel fix 26.5 MH / $3,146; Concrete P+F 140.3 MH / $13,539; Curing 16.0 MH / $2,966; Joints 18.2 MH / $1,804; Site OH 49.0 MH / $4,655.

**Gap-watch G1-G5:** all clean.
- G3 verify: $28,063 labour direct / 295.3 MH = $95.00/hr ✓
- G4 verify: $34,143 × 1.3225 = $45,154 ✓ (distinct ordering preserved labour cont-then-margin / materials margin-then-cont)

**Worker artefacts produced:**
- `02 - Scope and Pricing/02b - BOQ and Rate Schedules/Drawing-Index-2627.md` (rev 1; STR25020 rev D 7 sheets + pavement spec 15 sections)
- `02 - Scope and Pricing/02b - BOQ and Rate Schedules/boq-from-drawings-2627.md`
- `00-Bid-Prep.md`
- `02 - Scope and Pricing/02b - BOQ and Rate Schedules/Pre-Pricing-Grill-2026-05-08.md` (NEW)
- `02 - Scope and Pricing/02b - BOQ and Rate Schedules/2627-First-Pass-Priced-TakeOff-2026-05-08.md` (NEW)
- `_Internal/exclusions/exclusions-2627.md` revised to rev 2

**Drawing index discoveries:**
- 7 sheets total: S000, S50, S51, S100, S200, S201, S300 (S300 = Roof Framing, NOT LFCS)
- DEB1 = drop edge beam 1200 max deep × 300 thick × 13 lin m
- S201 = Slab Sections + Details (tooth slab + tooth stair + drill+epoxy N12-400 dowel for existing-slab interface)
- Pavement spec §1 references "St Ives Showgrounds proposed carpark" — template carry-over (RFI #8)
- **Cure period 7 days** per pavement spec §10.1.1 (NOT 14 — exclusions A7 corrected)

**Sheets NOT supplied (RFI candidates):**
- Architectural setout drawings (drawings note 9 explicitly references)
- Stormwater drainage drawings
- Geotech `S2348_GL_02_Rev0`
- Shelter shop drawings (post footings)

**RFI list (worker-produced, by impact):**
1. Architectural setout — HIGH — quantity confidence ±20-30%
2. Programme dates + continuous-run confirmation — MEDIUM
3. Piering (S100/S200 "may be required") — MEDIUM
4. Shelter shop drawings (post footings under seating terrace) — LOW-MEDIUM
5. Working hours + Saturday allowance — LOW
6. Stormwater drainage — LOW
7. Concrete grade 32 vs 35 MPa pathway — LOW $
8. Pavement spec §1 St Ives template reference — NIL $
9. Flexural beam testing retention — LOW

**Flag items for Rocky sanity-check:**
- F8 — materials cont 15% uplift (orchestrator-applied parallel; ~−$400 if reverted to 10%)
- F1 — concrete grade 32 vs 35 MPa pathway RFI route
- F9 — cure period 7-day (corrected from 14) confirm
- Q-A3 — DEB1 heavy props LFCS-supplied (~$500 incremental) confirm or HC-supply
- Q-D2 — 24-hr saw-cut window: default = built into rate; explicit variation line option
- Q-E — productivity reductions: DEB1 +30%, existing-slab +15-20%, stepped SF1 +10-15%
- Q-F4 — format both LoO + BoQ-response confirm at RFQ
- §7 variance — worker total 6% below §7 magnitude — confirm acceptable

State transition: `phase-3-worker` → `phase-3-sealed` at 2026-05-08T~09:00Z.

## Next Rocky touchpoints expected

1. Phase 4 sanity-check (override capture session — Rocky decisions on flag items above)
2. Phase 3.5 envelope build (parallel; orchestrator can build top-down envelope from public contract value × scope-allocation × HC margin × exclusion deductions if Rocky names HC at RFQ stage)
3. Phase 5 REVEAL gate (Rocky-typed `REVEAL`)
4. Phase 6 send authorisation
