# Precedent import targets (Rocky 2026-05-09)

Source: Rocky meeting summary 2026-05-09. List of LFCS jobs + data sources worth pulling into our vault for `lfo-precedent-finder` to consume on future bids.

## Pilot extraction order (when paths land)

1. **TCE Liverpool** — pit pricing. Confirms extraction shape for friend-vault → our-vault transform.
2. **Homestead Park** — footpath/slab. Different scope category, stress-tests schema flexibility.
3. **Water Features (Solution Spark)** — water-feature + pit. Multi-scope-item job.
4. **Hornsby Homes** — current rates ongoing.
5. **Bridge job (TBC name)** — bridge structural.
6–8. Three more ongoing jobs by Rocky's pick.

Output destination: `Operations/Jobs/Completed Jobs/{job}/` and `Operations/Jobs/Ongoing Jobs/{job}/` (folders to be created — currently we only have `Lost Jobs/` + `Upcoming/`). Mirror the `Upcoming/` shape so `lfo-precedent-finder` globs them automatically.

Each extracted job folder gets:
- `00-brief.md` — site address, contract value, contacts, scope items, design maturity, outcome
- `Pre-Pricing-Grill-{date}.md` snapshot if equivalent exists in source
- Outcome note (won/lost/in-progress + final $-value if known)
- `[source: friend-vault]` or `[source: shared-drive]` tags per CLAUDE.md §3.1

## Standing constraints

- Friend-vault: read-only per CLAUDE.md §3.1. Never write to Hus's vault. Tag every extracted row.
- Confidentiality posture for shared Drive: TBC (Rocky did not answer). Default = treat as read-only with `[source: shared-drive]` tag until confirmed.
- Rate Card + Rates Build Up are Rocky's own — read+write OK on these; they belong to LFCS.

## Pending Rocky inputs (CLOSED 2026-05-10)

   - **LFCS Drive `Rate Card/`** folder — 20+ HC-specific PDFs (latest V1.7 TCE Eastern Creek)
   - **LFCS Drive `Rates/FRP Rates Development.xlsx`** — live rates build-up xlsx (modified 2026-05-08)
   - Hus's vault `08 - Rates/` mirror also has `FRP Rates Development.md` (Google Doc export)
   - Plus locally: `C:/Users/mclou/opsman/frp-rate-buildup.md` + `C:/Users/mclou/opsman/lfcs-standards/rate-card.md` (Rocky's local working copies)
4. ~~Confirm which "Hornsby Homes"~~ → ✅ Resolved 2026-05-10 (Rocky: "no diffrent"). **Hornsby Homes is a DIFFERENT job from 2631 Solutions Plus Field of Play Hornsby.** Hornsby Homes is a separate currently-starting job (water features per earlier voice transcript). 2631 stays as Solutions Plus Field of Play Hornsby. Hornsby Homes precedent folder TBC — not yet ingested.
5. ~~Confirm exact name of the "Bridge" job~~ → ✅ Resolved. TCE 242 HCB Bridge = job 2602 = Hammond Canal Bridge at Munmorah Power Station, project P424.
6. ~~Confidentiality posture for shared Drive~~ → ✅ Resolved 2026-05-10 (Rocky: "lfcs owned read write"). **LFCS-owned, read+write OK.** Stored in `state.json.rocky_defaults.shared_drive_posture: "lfcs-owned-read-write"`. Skills may write back to Drive (uploads, refresh, etc.). `[source: shared-drive]` tag still applied for source attribution but no read-only constraint.
7. NEW (raised 2026-05-10): TCE Liverpool ↔ Livingstone naming → ✅ Resolved 2026-05-10 (Rocky: "no diffrent jobs"). **TCE Liverpool and TCE Livingstone are DIFFERENT distinct jobs.** Both use $85/hr TCE labour rate (per applied PR-004 / §13.14 — rule keyed on HC=TCE not job name). Pit pricing data ($10,770/stormwater pit; $16,830/culvert pit; $3,128/lightpole footing 1.8×1.8) belongs to Livingstone, not Liverpool. Both folders in Hus's vault `01 - Jobs/` — Liverpool ingested 2026-05-10; Livingstone NOT yet ingested (separate folder name; queue for next batch).

## Refresh of existing 3 jobs — DEFERRED, needs Rocky decision

Diff of `2626 / TCE Wollongong (=2630) / 2631` zips against existing vault folders showed **zero file overlap** — vault uses `and`-naming + sub-numbered tier-2 (`02a`, `02b`) + curated file rename convention (`2626_DWG_*`); zips use `&`-naming + flat tier-2 + raw filenames. Auto-merge would create parallel duplicates.

Unique-in-zip valuables that ARE worth pulling selectively:

- **2626:** `2626_BOQ_Liams_Pricing.xlsx` (Liam's separate pricing version) + `Laor BOQ page-{1..5}.jpeg` (BOQ scan images) + 5 historical Rate-Buildup xlsx revisions
- **2630:** `Quote.docx` (LFCS-issued quote — not in vault)
- **2631 (ACTIVE BID):** `Subcontract S01-2275-011 - Signed.pdf` (signed subcontract — critical, not in vault) + multiple Quote revisions + Variation jpegs (Dish drain, Thickened Edge & Footings)

Zips remain at `C:/Users/mclou/Downloads/` as backup. Re-extraction available anytime.

## Outstanding from Rocky's named list

- **TCE Liverpool (pits)** — NOT in the 9 zips Rocky pasted. Per Rocky: "the other stuff should be in shared folder LFCS obsidian folder" → in Drive at folder `1UsAQNHgD_9EuPhkz2XcZJpIcHW-55sKK`. Pending gws CLI re-auth.
- **Other ongoing jobs (general)** — same source.
- **Hus's vault `01 - Jobs/{Job}/_Job Overview.md` + `03 - Claude Memory/Jobs/...`** — likely also under that Drive folder (per Rocky's "LFCS obsidian folder" reference). Pending re-auth.
