# 12_SiteOps — Map of Content

Site-specific operational captures. Distinct from `11_OpsMan_LFCS/` (which is the AI agent stack supporting Rocky's PM/Super day job): **this folder is for site-level field captures** — the diary, photos, dockets, RFIs, lessons-learned that come off Rocky's phone via Hermes voice or Telegram messages.

## Status

**Currently being defined.** Rocky to fill in `_Brain/CLAUDE.md` with what SiteOps actually means in his world. Suggested scope:

- Daily site diary captures (voice → Hermes → here)
- Photos with metadata
- Dockets, signed paperwork
- RFIs in flight
- Lessons learned (per-site)
- Programme tracking

## Subfolders

- `_Brain/` — context + log
- `_AgentLog/` — Hermes captures land here when they're SiteOps-tagged (architecture TBD)
- `Business/` → if site work has a commercial dimension worth tracking separately
- `Operations/` → SOPs, programme docs
- `Codebase/` → unlikely to have code; could hold scripts that process photos/dockets
- `Archive/` → completed sites, retired captures
