## 10_RateRight — Construction labour marketplace

Founder. Australian construction labour marketplace. The big bet. Currently the existential priority — see [[Active]]. 14 months of build, live Stripe integration (unverified), 300+ contractor leads in pipeline, site has been down 50 days as of 2026-05-02.

## 11_OpsMan_LFCS — Day job, Project Management at LF Construction Services

Pricing bridges in the office, project management work, AI specialist role inside the company (bringing AI tooling into LFCS). Pays the bills while RateRight grows. Hours: ~5:30 AM – 6:00 PM most weekdays.

## 12_SiteOps — On-site construction work

On-site PM/Super work, taking pictures, formering on sites. **Needs Rocky clarification: how does this differ from 11_OpsMan_LFCS? Possibly office vs field split, possibly redundant. Decide whether to merge or keep separate.**

## 13_PR — Permanent Residency (Australia)

Getting Australian Permanent Residency. Not started. **Folder doesn't exist yet.** Decide: new top-level `13_PR/` (requires Rocky approval per no-new-folders rule) OR sub-folder under `20_Personal/`. Default: sub-folder until Rocky approves new top-level.

## 20_Personal — Personal health

Nutrition, diet, food shopping, gym. Daily 4:15 AM gym discipline.

## ??_HorrorProject — TBD

Voice-typed entry from 2026-05-02 grill. Unclear what this is — possibly literal "horror" (genre/creative project), possibly "another" (voice-to-text typo), possibly something else entirely. **Needs Rocky clarification before this section is filled in.**
