# COO Inbox

Append-only. Rocky, Cowork, and Claude Code sessions drop requests here. Hermes-COO polls every 5 min, classifies, dispatches or executes, and appends a `### Result` block under each request.

## Request format

Drop a new request at the bottom of the `## Open requests` section, using this format:

Hermes-COO appends below each REQ:

When a REQ is fully resolved (no follow-ups), Hermes-COO moves it (entire request + result block) to `_Archive/Inbox-{YYYY-Wxx}.md` weekly.
