- 2026-05-02 — Site uptime fix path: Hermes WhatsApp bridge holding port 3000 vs RateRight app crash-looping. Three options: move bridge port, move app port, stop bridge. See [[10_RateRight/_Brain/Open-Threads]]. → cowork-hq queued from grill session
- 2026-05-02 — Pawel + Susan lead pipeline (71 days cold): drop or revive? Strategic call, not tactical. → cowork-hq queued from grill session
- 2026-05-02 — Architecture decision: COO role goes to Hermes (daemon) or Claude Code Desktop with Routines feature (newly discovered) or set up Claude Code CLI as daemon. Investigate Routines first. → cowork-hq queued from grill session
- 2026-05-02 — PR project folder placement: new top-level `13_PR/` (requires approval) or sub-folder under `20_Personal/`. → cowork queued from grill session
- 2026-05-03 — RESOLVED: site uptime fix path → Option 1 (bridge to :3500). Site back up, app stable. See [[01_Daily/2026-05-03]] 06:30 + 07:15.
- 2026-05-03 — Hermes-as-COO architecture proposal drafted. Pattern: Hermes daemon + Claude Code CLI executor. 7 open decisions awaiting Rocky review. See [[Hermes-as-COO-Architecture-2026-05-03]]. → cowork-hq
- 2026-05-03 — Worker supply hunt — STILL untouched, existential priority per [[Active]]. First concrete supply-side action overdue. → cowork-hq surfaced for The Window tonight
- 2026-05-03 — "Alliance" Supabase project — Rocky asked HQ if it could see "Alliance" as Supabase. Vault knows two projects (growth-engine + marketplace `eciepjpcyfurbkfzekok`). Was Alliance Rocky's name for marketplace, or a third project? Open. → cowork-hq
- 2026-05-03 — nginx `proxy_buffer_size` preventative on rateright.com.au site config (one transient 502 at 06:17:18, COO recommended). Light, queue for next COO session. → claude-code-coo via COO-Inbox
- 2026-05-03 — rivet.rateright.com.au dual-mapping cleanup (also points at :3000). Separate hygiene job, non-urgent. → claude-code-coo via COO-Inbox
- 2026-05-03 — Stripe Checkout end-to-end smoke test from real browser (validates webhook + receipt path, not just key liveness). → claude-code-coo via COO-Inbox
- 2026-05-03 — flodeliffre@gmail.com signup provenance — real user signed up during 50-day downtime window per [[01_Daily/2026-05-03]]. Investigate: pre-downtime signup, direct API bypass, admin fixture, or brief uptime window? → claude-code-coo via COO-Inbox
- 2026-05-03 — LFCS Bid System Plan blocking decisions (4 items): (a) Anthropic plan tier — recommend stay solo Phase 1, defer Team plan to Phase 3; (b) Skills canonical location — recommend `11_OpsMan_LFCS/Operations/skills/lfcs-{name}/SKILL.md`; (c) `02d - QS-Comparison/` folder-spec addition — recommend approve; (d) **NEW** Phase-2 trigger gate — Phase 2 doesn't start until RateRight worker-supply hunt has 3+ logged actions OR Phase 1 wins ≥2 bids. See [[LFCS-Bid-System-Plan-2026-05-03#Gap Analysis]]. → cowork-hq
- 2026-05-03 — LFCS Bid System: skill-catalog gaps for COO to address next session — `lfcs-site-recon`, `lfcs-subby-quote-intake`, `lfcs-tender-correspondence`, `lfcs-tender-tracker`, `lfcs-contract-review`, `lfcs-boq-generator` (v2 priority). Plus owed cavekit/cavemem assessment. → claude-code-coo via Rocky
- 2026-05-03 — Element taxonomy needed BEFORE first pricing-history line lands. Draft `lfcs-standards/element-taxonomy.md` with starter 20-30 elements + aliases + complexity_factors schema. ~1 hr. Blocks pricing-history MVP. → cowork-lfcs (or Rocky direct)
- 2026-05-03 — EXISTENTIAL DRIFT FLAG: today burned ~12 hr on LFCS infrastructure (legit fire). Zero on RateRight worker supply. Friday weekly review must score honestly. Phase 2 of bid system gated on supply hunt advancing. → cowork-hq surfacing in weekly-review
- 2026-05-06 — Hermes v0.12.0 multi-profile Kanban strategy drafted. 6-profile roster (coo + 4 lane workers + claw) replaces single-profile assumption from 2026-05-03 doc. **Pacing recommendation: don't upgrade yet — run the 4 outstanding COO items through v0.11 single-profile first to measure punt rate.** Re-decide week of 2026-05-11. See [[Multi-Hermes-Strategy-2026-05-06]]. → cowork-hq
- 2026-05-06 — RESOLVED MOOT: nginx proxy_buffer_size on rateright.com.au (queued 2026-05-03). Main location block at `/etc/nginx/sites-enabled/rateright.com.au` line 66 already has `proxy_buffering off;`. Buffer-size directives only apply when buffering is on — adding them now is a no-op. The 06:17:18 transient 502 was almost certainly something else (Node cold start / OOM / cert refresh / brief upstream timeout). Closing without config change; reopen if 502 recurs and we have correlated upstream logs. → claude-code-opsman investigated 2026-05-06 22:50
- 2026-05-06 — STATUS: rivet.rateright.com.au dual-mapping cleanup (queued 2026-05-03) confirmed real. Both `/etc/nginx/sites-enabled/rateright.com.au` AND `rivet.rateright.com.au` proxy_pass to `127.0.0.1:3000` — anyone hitting rivet.rateright.com.au gets the main RR app. Rivet voice service is dormant; the rivet-phone-ai port (3334) exists but no rivet-specific frontend. Three options: (a) repoint rivet.rateright.com.au to :3334 (only valid if rivet revives — `_Brain/CLAUDE.md` notes it's dormant candidate-for-revival), (b) return 503/410 to surface the dormancy, (c) keep as-is. Rocky's call — surfaces in Window. → claude-code-opsman investigated 2026-05-06 22:50
