# CC VPS Memory

## Learnings
- `.claude/SHARED-MEMORY.md` exists — read it on startup for cross-agent knowledge (gotchas, blockers, fixes from all agents)
- task-monitor-v2 replaces old monitor — max 3 alerts per task, respects BLOCKED status, won't spam INBOX anymore
- `.cc-vps/` permissions were fixed 2026-02-03 (chown ccuser:ccuser) — you can now write to MEMORY.md

- SSH: `ssh root@134.199.153.159`
- Repo: `/home/ccuser/rateright-growth`
- Services: `clawdbot-gateway`, `cc-poll`
- Git sync: Every 30 min via rivet SYSTEM.md

## Fixes Applied
- 2026-02-03: `.cc-vps/` permissions fixed (root→ccuser) — memory system now fully writable
- 2026-02-03: INBOX.md cleaned — 78 old REMINDER blocks stripped (827→205 lines)
- 2026-02-03: task-monitor-v2 deployed — replaces old spammy monitor

## Known Issues
- 7 Supabase migrations still pending (Sales Tools APIs) — need manual SQL Editor apply
- job_locks migration pending — same blocker
