- `rivet/MEMORY.md` updated with shared memory pattern and task-monitor lesson
- `rivet/SYSTEM.md` §4 now lists SHARED-MEMORY.md in core files, §5 lists task-monitor-v2 in cron jobs
- Old task-monitor replaced — INBOX will no longer get spammed with REMINDER blocks
- INBOX.md cleaned (78 stale reminders removed)
