# SMS Sequence Audit Data - Live from Supabase

## 15 Sequences (35 SMS steps total)

### PROBLEMS TO FIX:
1. **Old 9.9% fee** mentioned in: New Worker Outreach step 1 ("9.9% only when you get paid")
2. **"FREE to use"** lie in: Contractor Intro seed step 1, New Contractor Outreach step 1 ("FREE to use")
3. **"No fees until you get paid"** incorrect in: Worker Connect Stripe step 2 (implies fees later, should be $0 for workers always)
4. **Missing opt-out** on ALL steps - "Reply STOP to opt out" must be on every outbound SMS
5. **Rocky Platform Seeding** uses `template` field not `message_template` field — needs both updated
6. **Old vague descriptions** — some mid-funnel messages don't mention the pricing model at all

### CORRECT PRICING MODEL:
- **Workers:** $0 fees. Workers keep 100% of their pay. Always. No commission.
- **Contractors:** $50 flat fee per hire. One-time. No subscriptions. No percentages.

### BRAND VOICE:
- Direct, no bullshit, Australian tradie tone
- No corporate waffle
- "RateRight" not "Rocky" (Rocky was the old name, now it's RateRight with Michael as sender)
- Personalised with {first_name} and {trade} where available

### OPT-OUT REQUIREMENT:
Every SMS must end with: "Reply STOP to opt out"
This is a LEGAL requirement for Australian commercial SMS (ACMA Spam Act compliance).
