- Identified the source of Susan's endless error loop: a WhatsApp Web session conflict (status 440) caused by multiple overlapping instances trying to claim the same Web session token.
- Also identified that Michael never authorized the YOLO (ask=off) upgrade. 
- Attempted to safely shut down the other overlapping ghost fleet processes but lacked root permission in this context to `systemctl stop`.
- 2026-04-07 03:47:16 [SysOps] Watchdog flagged Gateway DOWN on port 18789. Verified gateway is loopback-bound but RPC is active and processing.
