### 2026-02-07 — First Content Session
- The Receipt concept was instant yes from Michael. Lesson: lead with outrage, not features.
- Sub-agents (Kimi) couldn't spawn initially (model not allowed), had to retry on default. Plan for fallbacks.
- Reddit anger mining was the highest-value research task. Real quotes > made-up personas.
- Old templates with 9.9% pricing need to be purged — they're landmines.
- Don't dump status reports at Michael. He wants action, not summaries.
