- **Workforce intelligence research: PARKED** — no users = no data to sell. Revisit when marketplace is live.
- **Standing order:** Monitor competitors (Casu, Yakka Labour, Workmate, Sidekicker) during nightly scans
- **Open items moving to future agents:**
  - User validation (biggest risk — zero real tradie conversations yet)
  - Sham contracting → Legal agent (when created)
  - Unit economics → Financial agent (when created)
- Research agent on standby until called on by Michael or other agents
