- `CC-WORKFLOW.md` → `archive/legacy-workflows/2026-02-15/`

### Documentation
- Created `archive/legacy-workflows/README.md` with full archival details
- Files now use dated subfolder structure (2026-02-15)

### Migration Impact
- Old polling-based coordination (4-hour cycles) → Real-time WebSocket bridge
- Legacy file-based communication → Direct gateway commands
- Updated TOOLS.md and MEMORY.md to reflect new system
