1. **"On site (5:30am-6pm): Voice notes"** — This contradicts USER.md and MEMORY.md which state Michael explicitly prefers text (confirmed Feb 15). The voice preference was clarified—voice is for when he's NOT at keyboard (driving), but on-site he can read text.

**Findings:**

- ✅ API key locations accurate
- ✅ Email addresses table current (added Feb 17)

**Issues Found:**
1. **Voice timing rule:** "⚠️ VOICE DURING WORK HOURS (6am-6pm)" contradicts confirmed preference. Should be: "Text preferred during work hours; voice when Michael can't read"
2. **Builder port listed as 18790** — Correct, but the auth token `builder-api-2026` should be verified as still valid
3. **Missing:** No mention of the agent bridge script location at `/home/ccuser/shared/scripts/agent-bridge.js` (referenced in HEARTBEAT.md)

- Update voice timing guidance to reflect text preference
- Add reference to shared agent-bridge.js location
- Verify builder-api-2026 token still valid

## 5. MEMORY.md — STATUS: ⚠️ NEEDS PRUNING

**Findings:**

- ✅ Michael section accurate (communication preferences, schedule, values)
- ✅ RateRight business model section current ($50 flat fee, matching not hiring)
- ✅ AI Team Structure section updated with 8-agent system
- ✅ System Architecture section current (Builder bridge, Growth Engine)
- ✅ Security incident documented (Feb 12 API key exposure)
- ✅ Critical Mistakes table comprehensive and current

**Issues Found:**
1. **EXCESSIVE LENGTH:** File is 26KB — approaching unwieldy. Contains multiple "Weekly Consolidation" sections that repeat information.
2. **Redundant sections:** Multiple dated weekly summaries (Feb 11-17, Feb 15, Feb 9-16) contain overlapping information
3. **Stale information:** Some sections reference "Coming soon" for agents that are now deployed (Susan, Harper, etc.)
4. **Fleet Status outdated:** References agents as "Setting Up (This Week)" but they were deployed Feb 16-17

**Action Required:**
- Consolidate weekly summaries into a single "Recent Developments" section
- Update agent status from "Setting Up" to "Active"
- Archive old weekly consolidations to `memory/archive/`
- Target file size: <15KB for faster loading

## 6. HEARTBEAT.md — STATUS: ⚠️ NEEDS UPDATES

**Findings:**
- ✅ Five Pillars section accurate (Feb 17 vision)
- ✅ Fleet coordination section current (JSON-based system)
- ✅ Hard rules section correct (code through Builder, delegate to specialists)
- ✅ Work philosophy section accurate (orchestrate vs execute)

**Issues Found:**
1. **Fleet table shows all agents "Active"** but SYSTEM_AUDIT_REPORT.md and COMPANY.md show 4 agents stalled/blocked
2. **Old Kanban reference:** Mentions `memory/fleet/kanban.md` is deprecated but doesn't clearly indicate what replaced it
3. **Missing:** No reference to the stall detector or fleet-cli.js tools in the shared scripts
4. **"Currently Active Agent Projects" section outdated:** References Harper's grant strategy as "Ready for review" but this was completed

**Action Required:**
- Update agent status table to reflect actual current state (4 stalled/recovering)
- Clarify fleet-state.json as the single source of truth
- Update active projects section with current priorities
- Add reference to stall-detector.js and fleet-cli.js
