## What This Is

A portable, branded worker profile that reduces contractor admin to near-zero. Workers fill it out once, save it to their phone, and send it to every contractor they work for. We never touch sensitive data. The document carries our branding — every share is a marketing impression.

## Business Context (From Michael)

**The problem:** Labour hire companies have a hidden advantage — zero admin for contractors. They just pay the agency. When contractors hire directly, they must individually onboard each worker into their payroll system (30+ min per worker).

**Our solution:** A pre-filled template that cuts onboarding from 30 minutes to 5. Worker gets a professional document they own. Contractor gets everything they need. We get brand exposure on every share.

**Revenue model:** RateRight does NOT process payments. We're matching + admin reduction. Contractor pays $50 to find/hire a worker. Payment between contractor and worker happens outside our platform.

**Employment reality:** Most workers are on ABN (subcontractor). Some may be TFN (employee) for long-term engagements. We collect both and let the contractor decide the arrangement.

**Why this matters:** No TFN = no TFN Guidelines compliance. No bank details = no Notifiable Data Breach liability for financial info. Our privacy policy becomes dramatically simpler and our liability is minimal.
