- **Morning voice call now handles site briefing**: 5:30am call leads with site work (70%) — weather, yesterday recap, today's plan, crew/pours/deliveries. Business is secondary (30%).
- **Evening call does NOT cover site work**: Michael logs site stuff during the day, it gets processed overnight, feeds into NEXT morning's brief.
- **Site morning brief cron still active**: Text brief at 5am (separate from 5:30am voice call) — may want to consolidate these.
